BA in English Literature from University of Istanbul, studied Shipping Finance in Cambridge Academy of Transport. Worked for Sark Venus shipping as from 1995 until I joined Medfin in 1999. Involved in all aspects of ship-financing transactions as well as in vessel management. I am highly specialised and experienced in legal documentation, commercial negotiation, deal structuring and closing support as well as in cash flow and break even cost analysis. Since becoming a permanent resident in Toronto, Canada in 2010, I , as a director of the Company, have been assisting Medfin Capital in promoting and expanding its business activities in Canada.
